"I’ve been dealing with these people for a couple years now and I have no clue how they have good ratings. My insurance hasn’t dropped once, in fact it’s gone up a couple times because I have moved. They just quoted me 1800 for the year of motorcycle insurance and 2300 for my truck? And they couldn’t do anything better than that? You all are a joke at State Farm. I switched to Harley Davidson insurance for not even 600 for the year! Scott Ockerman is a ripoff insurance con man. And now you want a 300 dollar fee for cancellation? Nope, you’re not getting that. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Overpaying for garbage insurance. You all are a joke."

"Cody, so sorry for your experience with my office. I want to start out by saying thank you for atleast giving us the opportunity to earn your business; I wish things could have turned out different. However, I do feel it’s important for you to understand that if I could set the rates for insurance I’m sure I would do a terrible job because I would want all of my clients to get the very cheapest insurance rate of all time….and without ever compromising service. With that said, State Farm sets the rates in all lines of insurance and we are usually always competitive in the most common lines of insurance…auto, home, renters, and life. Unfortunately, it looks like, in your case we were not competitive in motorcycle insurance and to that I am very sorry. Honestly, I have found this to be the case occasionally with motorcycles and boats. Sometimes we are awesome in the rates and sometimes we are terrible.
