From the start, Jeffrey was responsive, knowledgeable, and patient—taking the time to explain the nuances of condo policies and how they relate to HOA coverage. He was honest about the limitations of what he could determine without combing through HOA bylaws but still gave me a clear and understandable breakdown of my options. His explanation helped me feel confident about the level of coverage I selected, especially when it came to protecting what I’m personally responsible for, like interior upgrades and personal property. What I appreciated most was how thorough and professional Jeffrey was without being pushy. He even helped me lock in a great discount on my auto insurance by bundling the policies. "Let's be honest, no one like paying for insurance. I have worked on the claims side of insurance for over 10 years. Ive seen the gokd bad and ugly of insurance companies and purposely moved my policies over from another company because Scott is a great family man. Knowing the insurance industry, I'd rather be connected with an actual person who can help rather than just some agency over the phone. He and the team have been excellent. I travel a lot for work and Scott helped me solve an underwriting issue with a solution that I didn't even think of. He listens and works hard to come up with the best option as opposed to the cookie-cutter approach. Knowledgeable, competent and pays attention."
